FULLY AUTOMATIC FLY ASH BRICK MAKING MACHINE

The FAM 1800 Supreme is a fully automatic fly ash brick making machine designed for high-volume production of bricks and other concrete products. The listed configuration includes conveyors, a pan mixer, heavy-duty vibrators, automatic pallet feeding and a PLC-based control panel with a touch screen. The machine can produce up to 10 bricks per stroke, with a stated output of 2,400 bricks per hour and 19,200 bricks per 8-hour shift, subject to operating conditions and product configuration. Hardic Engineering manufactures automatic fly ash brick making machinery in India and supplies equipment to domestic and international markets.
